The Social Impact Fund (SIF) provides efficient non-profit administration. SIF is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that provides a legal structure under which charitable programs may operate, acting as fiscal sponsor. I can always count on them to act responsibly, quickly, and extremely kindly.” Lily Collins, Lily Collins Empowerment Fund FAQ Will my organization be able to receive online contributions? SIF offers your program an online donation page to assist with your fundraising efforts. The donate page will typically mirror the design of your existing website – all we need is a sample URL page to get started! Will I be able to operate as a nonprofit organization? By working under the Social Impact Fund’s own 501(c)(3) charitable status, you are able to focus your time and efforts to fundraise and to deliver the program(s) that you want to put into place. SIF handles all of the back-office and administrative duties that are necessary to effectively manage your program, and follows all IRS regulations governing public charities. What are SIF's fees for fiscal sponsorship? The Social Impact Fund fiscal sponsor fees are among the most competitive in the industry: Annual Fee Structure Base fee = $1,500 / mo.; and Tier 1 - Annual revenues between $360k and $500k = 5% of deposits; then, Tier 2 - Annual revenues over $500k = 3.5% of deposits; then, Tier 3 - Annual revenues over $2.5 million = 2.5% of deposits. To whom are donations made payable? Your donors may make donations via checks payable to Social Impact Fund or the name of your charitable program name. SIF will acknowledge each donation, as required by the IRS. Are individual donors made public? The Social Impact Fund does not publicize or list individual donors to any of its sponsored programs. Do we have to register to receive donations in states that require donations? The Social Impact Fund is positioned as a national organization, and has filed required charitable registrations in the States that require filings. The cost and labor associated with these registrations are absorbed by SIF and are part of the services and benefits that SIF offers as a fiscal sponsor. Learn More  Are there restrictions on grants made from my organization? SIF-sponsored programs may recommend grants to other 501(c)(3) organizations for general support or for restricted purposes. No funds provided by SIF may be used for any political campaign, or to support attempts to influence legislation by any governmental body, nor to individuals. Will I be required to establish a Board of Directors? SIF acknowledges that a sponsored program may be structured to include a Board of Advisors, or another group to assist with the strategy, development and execution of program activities to achieve the program’s mission. Only the SIF Board of Directors will have legal and fiduciary responsibility over the funds raised, but will take recommendations by the program’s advisors to make grants and other expenditures that are related to the program’s activities. What insurances must my organization carry? SIF carries general liability insurance, but programs may obtain its own insurance depending on its planned activities. Special events many require additional coverage, but SIF may assist with this under its own policies. How does the Social Impact Fund report my activities to the IRS? The Social Impact Fund files an annual IRS Form 990 (tax return) and aggregates the income and expenditures of all if its sponsored programs into one tax return. Additionally, an annual independent audit is performed on SIF accounting. Contact Us Decades of experience helping our programs make a positive difference in the world. Corporate-led initiatives sponsored by SIF include Internet Brands/WebMD, Loved01, Rhode Skin, Nike, and Scotch Porter. Prior to SIF, Craig consulted and managed the philanthropic activities of individuals and corporations dedicated to charitable work and community involvement via the MAC (Cosmetics) AIDS Fund and Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF) , overseeing portfolios of $12M+ annually. At EIF, he oversaw the philanthropic work of a growing number of high-profile individual and institutional clients within the entertainment industry, including Charlize Theron, Christina Applegate, Carrie Ann Inaba, Holly Robinson Peete, the Black Eyed Peas, and Comedy Central, as well as sponsored initiatives – the EIF Women’s Cancer Research Fund and the EIF Revlon Run/Walk for Women (NY & LA). Prior to joining EIF, he served as Director of the M∙A∙C AIDS Fund , the NYC-based global charitable initiative of M∙A∙C Cosmetics for six years. Craig directed an annual grants portfolio totaling $8-10 million, and assisted with the strategic direction of the Fund’s global grant making activities, specific to HIV/AIDS services and prevention. In addition, he directed M∙A∙C’s corporate participation in charitable events, created education and awareness campaigns for corporate and field employees, and managed the content of the Fund’s website. He developed global messaging for five of M∙A∙C’s annual World AIDS Day campaigns and other company-wide programs, including launches for 4 editions of the iconic M∙A∙C VIVA GLAM product line (featuring Christina Aguilera, Fergie, Linda Evangelista, Mary J. Blige, Pamela Anderson and Eve). By 2006, Craig propelled M∙A∙C Cosmetics to the highest-grossing corporate fundraising team in NYC AIDS Walk history, a position that M∙A∙C continues to hold today. From 2006-2008, he represented the M∙A∙C AIDS Fund on the Advisory Committee of the New York Community Trust.  Prior to his philanthropy work, Craig worked in figure skating, first as national events manager for the Ice Skating Institute of America, and then alongside of 2x Olympic Champion and legendary sportscaster, Dick Button, and producing dozens of professional figure skating events for network television. Craig is a member of the Council of NationSwell, serves as Treasurer of the Ice Skating Institute of America Education Foundation, and is on the Board of Trustees of the Ice Theatre of New York .  He resides in Los Angeles, CA with his dog, Lady. A gift from the Global Data Registry

When the Global Data Registry crawled http://socialimpactfund.org/contact/, we found no structured data — the language AI systems use to understand and describe a business online.

Schema is how ChatGPT, Google, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity know what your business does and how to describe you accurately to your customers. Without it, AI systems are guessing.

The most important field in this block is sameAs — a verified edge connecting your website to your permanent record at the Global Data Registry. This is a free, confirmed link to a real verified source. It costs nothing and gives your website a confirmed node in the graph that AI systems traverse when building answers about your business.

Copy the block below and paste it into the <head> of your website. Or drop it into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini and ask it to extend it with your full business details — that is the fastest path to a complete schema record.

▶   What is schema?

Schema is a standard vocabulary maintained at schema.org that lets websites describe themselves in a language machines can read. When you add schema to your website, you are telling AI systems, search engines, and knowledge graphs exactly what your business is and how it connects to the rest of the web.
